Warranty covers manufacturer's defects. Any physical abuse, damage, or improper use of mattress
will void the warranty. Warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, or damage caused by
abuse, misuse or negligence.
Body impressions of up to 1 1/2" are caused by the natural materials in your mattress conforming to
your individual characteristics or "personal sleep signature," and are not considered a defect. These
impressions on the surface are caused by the normal settling and compacting of the organic cotton
and premium wool used in its construction. Turn your mattress as necessary to minimize this
Palmpring mattresses are designed to work on a rigid, non-spring foundation or a slatted foundation
with a maximum spacing of three inches between slats. This warranty is based on tests conducted
on "sets" that consist of our mattresses and foundations like these. If inappropriate foundations or
box springs are used with this mattress, such use will void this warranty. Proof of the quality of your
foundation may be required if a claim is made under this warranty.
The company reserves the right to substitute material of equal quality on the particular items being
repaired if the original materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement. The company
reserves the right not to handle items for repair if, in its opinion, they are in an unsanitary condition.
Transport cost, tax, if any are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is only valid for
"original purchasers." We will require a proof of purchase. Floor models are sold "AS IS" and are not

any rapid deterioration in the material, which includes splitting or cracking of the latex material. In the
case of physical damage to the pillow that results from abuse and is not a result of normal wear and
tear, this warranty will be invalidated. This warranty does not cover the normal softening of organic
latex material over time, which is the result of natural changes in the material's constitution. This
limited warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from Palmpring USA, which must be produced in
the form of a receipt. Non-damaged or Non-defective pillows can't be returned after purchase due to
laws regarding health codes and sanitations. It doesn't matter if pillow has been used or not.
To replace any pillow under warranty, contact Three Happy Coconuts/Palmpring USA by phone or
email for a return authorization approval, then send the defective pillow to Palmpring USA. All
shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Palmpring offers a 5-year limited warranty that covers the original purchaser only. Repair or
replacement of a Palmpring sofa will be offered only upon evidence of defective materials or
workmanship. The decision to repair or replace the sofa will be made at the discretion of Palmpring.
To exercise your rights under the limited warranty, the original purchaser must submit the original
sales receipt. Custom made orders are sold "AS IS" and are not warrantied.
